The Bikram Yoga



Yoga is one of the best ways to get the balancing between mind, soul and physic. For some people, they prefer to do yoga to get some refreshments. There are many kinds of Yoga, and the Bikram Yoga is one of them. This yoga style also known as the hot Yoga. It must be done in the hot room with at least 40.5 degree Celsius and the room must have at least 40 percent humidity.

This Bikram Yoga was developed by a person named Bikram Choudhury. In Los Angeles, California, there are so many Yoga classes, and the beginner may take this yoga class. Choudhury said that the blood circulation would affect by doing this Yoga style. This Yoga style has two processes called as the Extension and Compression. Those two processes are working together. It would have some positive result for the joints, muscle and the organ of the human body.

The processes of the Bikram Yoga deliver the fresh oxygen to the entire body. Surely it would bring some positive effects to the whole body. There are many kinds of postures of this yoga style, such as the Standing Deep Breathing (Pranayama Series), and the Half Moon Pose with Hands to Feet Pose (Ardha Chandrasana with Pada Hastasana).
